Job Title: Virtual Secretary/Assistant

Job Location: Work from home (US Night Shift – 8.30 PM TO 4.30 AM IST).
Salary: As per Company Standards (Not a constraint for deserving candidate).
Job Type: Regular/Full Time, 5 days working (Sat & Sun off).

Job Description:
• Work closely with senior managerial or directorial staff to provide administrative support.
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
• Organizing and maintaining calendar and making appointments.
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post & reply on behalf of the manager.
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation.
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
• Organizing meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP.
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
• Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.
• Must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Management and Organization skill set would be key.
• Must be able to think outside the box, suggest solutions to problems creatively.

Job Title: Sr. Trainer for Outbound Calling

Job Location: New York, NY

Education: Bachelor or Associate degree in Marketing.
Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience In BPO industry as Trainer for outbound calling.

• Responsible for defined training to remotely available Customer Service/Sales Representatives.
